Terms of Service

1. Quotes & estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you've shared with us. If site conditions differ materially from what we were told, we'll let you know in writing before any extra work is carried out.

2. Materials

Materials are sourced to the spec agreed with you. Where a specified item becomes unavailable, we'll suggest a like-for-like alternative for your approval.

3. Payment

Smaller jobs are invoiced on completion. Larger projects may be split into stage payments agreed up-front. Payment terms are 7 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.

4. Variations

Any changes to the scope of work will be recorded in writing (email is fine) and priced before being carried out.

5. Workmanship guarantee

All our labour is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials/appliances are passed straight through.

6. Insurance

We hold public liability insurance. A copy of the certificate is available on request.

7. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. Materials already ordered to your spec may be chargeable.

8. Complaints

If anything isn't right, tell us straight away. We'll come back and put it right — that's the whole point.
